Youth Volunteer Leadership Training (YVLT) is the flagship leadership development program jointly designed by Hami Yuwa and Youth for Blood (YFB). It combines the strengths of Youth Leadership Training (YLT), pioneered by Hami Yuwa, with Volunteer Leadership Training (VLT), developed by Youth for Blood, to create a comprehensive platform for developing capable, compassionate, and socially responsible young leaders.
The program is designed to empower young people with practical leadership skills, volunteer ethics, effective communication, teamwork, project planning, public speaking, and community engagement. Participants will also gain a deeper understanding of humanitarian values, voluntary blood donation, civic responsibility, and youth-led social action.
Through interactive learning, experiential activities, mentoring, networking, and community-based projects, participants will build confidence, strengthen their leadership potential, and become part of a dynamic network of youth committed to creating positive social change.
